Many of our products are formulated for professional use only. By purchasing these items, you confirm that you are:

  • Enrolled in an accredited nail or beauty qualification

 

Diamond Nail Supplies Limited accepts no liability for harm, injury, or damage caused by misuse, improper application, or use by untrained individuals.

 

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are:

 

  • At least 18 years old

  • Providing accurate and complete information

  • Purchasing goods for lawful purposes

 

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict quantities at any time.

 

3. Product Information & Suitability

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, colours and information are accurate. However:

 

  • Colours may vary depending on device screens

  • Batch variations can occur in pigment-based products

  • It is your responsibility to check ingredients for allergies

 

Diamond Nail Supplies Limited is not liable for allergic reactions or results caused by improper use.

 

4. Order Processing & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

 

A binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

 

We may cancel or refuse orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

 

  • Stock errors

  • Pricing mistakes

  • Fraud concerns

  • Inability to verify address or payment

  • Shipping restrictions

 

5. Pricing, VAT & Import Duties

All prices shown on the Website include VAT for UK customers.

 

  • UK customers: VAT is included in the product price.

  • International customers: VAT is automatically removed at checkout. You may be required to pay customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, or clearance charges when your parcel arrives in your country.

 

These fees are set by local authorities and are outside our control.

If import fees are not paid and the parcel is returned, refused, held, or destroyed, no refund will be issued.

 

Diamond Nail Supplies Limited is not responsible for parcels delayed or withheld due to unpaid import fees.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped:

 

  • Risk passes to the customer

  • We are not liable for courier delays or customs delays

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility

 

If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot refund or replace missing parcels. We will assist with redirection where possible.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

 

  • Opened or unsealed cosmetic items

  • Liquids (gels, monomer, oils, etc.)

  • Acrylic powders that have been opened

  • Products showing signs of use

 

Unopened, unused, sealed items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Cancellation Rights

Consumers may cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations before dispatch. This does not apply to:

 

  • B2B (business) purchases

  • Opened hygiene-sensitive items

  • Sealed cosmetic goods that have been unsealed

  • Personalised or custom-made items

 

To request cancellation, email support@diamondnailsupplies.co.uk immediately.

 

9. Professional / B2B Orders

Where an order is placed by or for a business:

 

  • Consumer cancellation rights do not apply

  • Returns are at the discretion of Diamond Nail Supplies Limited

  • Faulty items are still protected under UK law

 

We may classify an order as B2B based on account details, order volume, or product type.

 

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for results arising from misuse of products

 

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
