If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt and whether your refund request has been approved.
If your refund is approved the money will be credited back to your original payment method.
We currently only offer exchanges if the item received was faulty. If you are unhappy with the purchase but the items received were not faulty you will only be eligible for a refund.
When returning an item, you bear the cost of return shipment. However, if the item is faulty we can either arrange collection or reimburse shipping costs.
Unless you are returning your entire order, shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are returning an item, we advise using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
